Hello From the owner herself Crystal Sims. My love for delicious soulful food brought me into the catering business. I have the courage to pursue my passion through the souls of others, with food made with love. I am BIG on making sure I have the best quality and freshness of each and every ingredient I am working with. I can't take all the credit, I was blessed to be surrounded by amazing cooks. The First being my late grandmother ( Lillian Fitzpatrick) who was born in Birmingham Alabama. Second my mother Robin Sims is my biggest inspiration, she was born in Newark New Jersey. When I say the little girl, teenager,and adult that never left the kitchen when she was in it. I ( That Was Me) I was her test tester, her student and her sous Chef. My mother wasn't a fast food buyer, she literally cooked from scratch... I was there asking questions and learning. Now here I am today pursuing my dream as a Chef!
